Press release 29 April 2019.
Medical Solutions, private provider of remote GP services, has joined GRiD, the industry body for the group risk industry.
Paul Nattrass, commercial director for Medical Solutions said: ‘An ageing population and a rise in chronic conditions are changing the demographic and needs of UK employers and employees. This presents an opportunity to provide access to 24/7 medical advice which can be offered via group risk products. It’s a great fit as, like other group risk enhanced services, it supports employees’ everyday lives not just at the critical times. Working closely with GRiD members is a great opportunity to ensure our service is a good fit with the products and for clients.’
Steve Bridger, chair of GRiD said, ‘The added value that comes with group risk products can be a door-opener and differentiator in the employee benefits space. The closer we work with suppliers of those added-value services the better – for our industry, employers and employees. We’re looking forward to getting to know Medical Solutions better and working together.’
Membership of GRiD provides a focused forum for sharing ideas with industry experts, access to the latest developments within the group risk sector, employer research and numerous networking opportunities.
