Cover Magazine - LifeWorks joins GRiD

By Adam Saville 14 January 2019.

Employee assistance programme (EAP) provider teams up with group risk trade body.

Earlier this year, we reported that employee benefits consultancy Vintage Corporate has joined the group risk trade body.

Through its membership, LifeWorks, a wellbeing solution provided by human resources firm Morneau Shepell, will receive access to pan-industry claims data, employer research, networking opportunities, access to industry experts and training.

"We're very pleased that LifeWorks has joined GRiD," said Steve Bridger, chairman of GRiD. "The added-value support that's offered alongside group risk products can bring the products to life for both employees and employers. Our own research shows that only 32% of employers make regular use of all the extra support within group risk products, yet we know how much they can support engagement, help manage absence and increase productivity. So we're all very much looking forward to working closely with LifeWorks."
