HI Daily - Two thirds of employers aren’t fully using group risk benefits

GRiD highlights importance of mental health services on Blue Monday.

Only 32% of employers make regular use of all the extra support within group risk products, research suggests.

The survey of 500 HR decision makers by Group Risk Development (GRiD) found more than one in 10 organisations either did not use any of the additional support available via group risk products, or were completely unaware that any support existed at all.

GRiD is urging employers to be vigilant on Blue Monday on 15 January – when employees are said to most feel the strains of an expensive Christmas, going back to work and with little on the horizon in terms of weather or holidays to boost morale.
