One in five employees are already looking for a new job.
Employers are being urged to communicate their total remuneration packages to existing staff and interviewees to improve their recruitment and potential.
It comes amid figures suggesting one in five employees are already looking for a new job in January.
Research by Group Risk Development (GRiD) found only a fifth of organisations discuss group risk benefits at interview stage and only a quarter of organisations issue regular communications on group risk and other benefits to existing staff.
