Pay & Benefits - Poor communications threaten value of group risk benefits

Employers do not gain enough value from group risk benefits such as life assurance because they do not communicate them properly, a study has shown.

Group Risk Development (GRiD) found that just 16% of organisations issue regular messages to staff and less than two in five publish group risk protection benefits on their intranet or in their employee handbook.
